Common questions

Where did my photos go? They live only on this iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app deletes the book, photos, and voice recordings. A new install starts empty.

The child is in the parent screens. Grown-up tools sit behind 1, then 2, then 3.

Make a card added a letter, not a drawing. We only have drawings for words already in the library. For a new word, take a photo of the real thing.

Can I turn on Spanish? Yes — parent lock → Settings → Language.
